Strong River is referenced as operating a construction site in Magee, Mississippi.

The alleged failure to obtain coverage under the referenced General Permit is due to prior commencement of construction activities in alleged violation of Miss. Code Ann. § 49-17-19(2)(b).

Strong River is stated to have submitted a Large Construction Notice of Intent and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan to the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality on September 20, 2023.
