When talking about a sale of the debtor’s property pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363, several things may come to mind — maybe a public auction of a tangible piece of property in the debtor’s bankruptcy estate, such as equipment or real estate, or maybe a sale of the debtor’s business as a going concern.
