Watching basketball when you should be working? The March Madness website is here to help you.

The First Four of the NCAA men's basketball tournament starts this evening, and all of the tournament games will be available for streaming. (IT departments, beware.)

What does any of this have to do with employment law or HR? Well, if you'd just give me a minute, I'd tell you.

The March Madness streaming website reportedly has a "boss button" that employees can press quickly when someone in authority enters the viewer's office or cubicle. According to the Daily Mail, "One click replaces the game with a fake screenshot of a search engine, spreadsheet or Power Point-like app." The Daily Mail warns readers to "set it up ahead of time."

I may have to give it a try tonight. Just as a test. For scientific purposes only. And in the interests of employment law blogging. Mind you. Of course. (Go Tarheels.)
