Please note that Maryland’s semiannual pay-to-play report is due on May 31 from certain state and local government contractors, even if no reportable contributions have been made. (Note that as of publication the website for the Board of Elections does not indicate a date other than May 31, even though that date is Memorial Day. Staff has indicated that there is an extension until 8:00 a.m. on June 1.)

Several states, including Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, have periodic reporting requirements for government contractors.
