  • Ohio AG Dave Yost was elected president of the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) in an unanimous vote that took place during the NAAG Capital Forum in Washington, D.C.
  • Yost previously served as chair of NAAG’s Midwestern Region and was nominated for the presidency by his colleagues in the region. Yost has served as Ohio’s AG since January 2019 and was reelected to the position in November.
  • New Hampshire AG John M. Formella was unanimously elected Vice President.
