Each year, employers with 100 or more employees and certain federal contractors with 50 or more employees must file EEO-1 reports for their respective workforces. While this reporting has traditionally been straightforward, the past several years have brought numerous changes to the EEO-1 filing process, including a new filing portal, changes to reporting on gender information, and even the inclusion of compensation data for several years.
