May 28th, 2020
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM EDT

The Small Business Administration (“SBA”) recently issued a formal Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) Loan Forgiveness Application. We will highlight a number of key elements of the application. Additionally, we will review Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin’s latest comments on the PPP loan forgiveness process. Using these two sources together, we will shed some light on the expected loan forgiveness process.

Following the initial presentation, the attorneys will open the floor up for 30 minutes for the "In the Trenches Help Line" in which attendees can obtain assistance with any compliance related topic that they may be facing. “In the Trenches: Operating During the Crisis" Series
