During this webcast, Michael Quartararo, the president of ACEDS, a former paralegal and the author of the 2016 book Project Management in Electronic Discovery, will focus on how paralegals can and should pivot in their careers and get more involved in e-discovery projects, how to marshal the necessary resources, and how to manage processes that lead to successful outcomes in modern-day discovery projects. Attendees will gain skills and practices that may be put to use on day one after the presentation. Additionally, we will have a 30 minute Q&A session with several other paralegals who have transitioned to e-discovery. Attendees are eligible for one hour of CA MCLE.
