A live webinar presented by Chris Northup, Ellen Shong & Associates and Kimberly J. Korando, Smith Anderson

With a new President inaugurated in 2021, the OFCCP has slowly begun shifting its policies and enforcement practices. While it has been relatively a quiet year in 2021 with few major AAP changes, contractors should anticipate significant new agency initiatives in 2022.

The COVID vaccine mandate, a pending requirement for annual AAP compliance certification, the required use of 2018 Census data for AAP external availability, the potential for more audits with the anticipated increased staffing levels at the OFCCP, and an increased focus on compensation are just some of the areas that could affect contractors’ AAP efforts in 2022.

Join us for a review of significant activity in 2021, the latest new policies and regulations issued, and what contractors might expect in 2022.
