Two issues of recurring interest to company officers and directors are the potential liabilities of outside auditors/accountants for mishandling of company audits or other engagements, and the nature and extent of the fiduciary duties that the officers and directors themselves owe to their companies.
This webinar, presented by Bilzin Sumberg Partner Phil Stein, will provide an overview of the state of the law as to each of these issues of concern. Phil will also touch on case law pertinent to claims by companies against their auditors.
