The Montana Department of Administration (Department) has adopted changes to mortgage license renewal fees. According to the amendment, the Department realized that, due to an oversight, renewal fees for the 125 mortgage servicers and 128 mortgage servicer branches licensed in Montana were not set forth in original rule.
