Have you ever been concerned about the security of your iPad/tablet when you leave your hotel room and head down to the beach or pool? Or when it is left in your car in the mall parking lot while you shop for hours? Or when you turn your back on it for a minute at the airport?

A simple precaution you can take is to purchase an anti-theft cable lock. These typically work by using a strong adhesive to attach a small plate to the back of your device. However, they do make theft considerably less likely, particularly from someone looking for a quick snatch and grab.

Tablets are expensive to replace, and the valuable data they contain often irreplaceable. Spend a few dollars to save a lot more.
