The deadline is December 30.

The Emergency Temporary Standard issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration was stayed on November 6, but the stay was lifted on Friday night. Opponents of the ETS immediately asked for Supreme Court review.

In other vaccine-mandate-related news, opponents of the vaccine mandate issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (which applies to most health care workers) also have until December 30 to respond to a request by the government to reinstate the mandate. The CMS mandate is currently enjoined in 25 states.
