SEC Renews Term of Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies

The SEC announced the renewal of the Committee. In 2011, the Committee had been established for two-year term. The Committee will continue its work on emerging companies (those under $250m in market capitalization) and capital-raising issues.
