- Global vehicle sales are expected to reach 101.6 million in three years, depending on China – the largest market.

- The U.S. Senate approved a bill earlier this month to encourage the use of self-driving cars, barring states from imposing regulatory road blocks.

- “Ride Sharing” revenue expected to reach 11.8 billion for 2017 with an annual growth rate of 19%. Despite the growth of ride sharing services, 59% of Americans still plan on buying a new car.
