I. June 2016—Tennessee Certificate of Need Meeting -

Increase in CON Filing Fees -

At the June meeting of the Tennessee Health Services and Development Agency, the agency adopted rules that increased application fees substantially. Effective July 1, 2016, the initial examination filing fee is $5.75 per $1,000 of the estimated capital expenditure with a minimum filing fee of $15,000 and a maximum of $95,000. Previously, the filing fee was $2.25 per $1,000, with a minimum fee of $3,000 and a maximum fee of $45,000.
