Today, the Supreme Court of the United States granted certiorari in one case:

Biden v. Nebraska, No. 22A444:  The Court agreed to consider a challenge brought by six States to the Federal Government’s student-loan relief program. Several weeks ago, in November, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit issued a nationwide injunction on the student-loan relief program pending appeal. While the Supreme Court has now agreed to review the case, it left in place the injunction pending oral argument. The Court will hear argument in the case in February 2023.
