HEADLINES
- Congress is plugging away at must-pass legislation, including the House taking up its Federal Aviation Administration reauthorization this week while the Senate begins consideration of annual Defense policy legislation.
- President Joe Biden will host Israeli President Isaac Herzog at the White House tomorrow.
- Wednesday, Herzog will address a joint session of Congress.
HOUSE
SENATE
- The Senate will be in session throughout the week, beginning debate on its version of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024.
- The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee on Thursday will take up pandemic preparedness legislation.
- The Judiciary Committee on Thursday will take up a Supreme Court ethics bill.

WHITE HOUSE
- Biden tomorrow will host Israeli President Isaac Herzog for meetings at the White House.
- Wednesday, the president will convene his Competition Council and host the Congressional Picnic on the South Lawn.
- Thursday, Biden will travel to Philadelphia to discuss his economic agenda.
