The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has resumed premium processing for all H-1B petitions as of yesterday, October 3. A link to the USCIS press release is available here.

Premium processing is a service offered by the USCIS in which certain types of petitions will be processed in 15 days for an additional fee of $1,225. Effective April 1, the USCIS suspended premium processing of H-1B petitions. Premium processing was later restored for some types of H-1B petitions, but it has now been restored for all H-1B petitions.

If your company has a pending H-1B petition filed by our firm, please be sure to let us know if you wish to convert to premium processing.
