Learn how to build and sustain an effective compliance and ethics training program
DOJ guidelines for compliance training are clear: it’s not enough to simply offer compliance training. Organizations are expected to offer compliance training that works. That is, training that employees can understand and put into practice throughout their day-day-to work.
Creating Effective Compliance Training Workshops were created to provide you with the insight and support you need to develop, create, and manage the kind of impactful and engaging compliance and ethics training the DOJ envisions.
Our faculty of experienced compliance professionals will provide a comprehensive, in-depth look at the core principles of a successful training program including who and what to train, developing engaging content, measuring success, and identifying indicators for change.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to earn live Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® continuing education units (CEUs) for participation.
Some of the key topics covered include:
- The need for, and value of, training and education
- Identification of training needs
- Malcolm Knowles’ four principles
- New Employee Orientation
- Developing training content
- Training content and delivery options
