Please join Lathrop GPM for our annual State of Litigation event, being held virtually for the second year. This free, three-part webinar series will explore the latest trends in litigation, risks facing companies today, and how to manage those risks.

Trials and Litigation in a Post Pandemic World
We are honored to have Judge Michelle Childs, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of South Carolina and Chair of the American Bar Association Judicial Division, join us for an interactive discussion with Lathrop GPM partner Rick Bien on how the judiciary reacted to the pandemic, accommodations and changes made as a result of the pandemic and the extent they may carry through (video testimony, virtual trials, impact on credibility, convenience of the parties) and other issues impacting the Judiciary, including Court security in a highly connected world.
