The first half of 2022 has been another active period in the law of data discovery. In April, the European Commission submitted its proposed Artificial Intelligence Act for the European Union, while international data issues, proportionality in e-discovery, and questions of access to justice have been important topics as well.

Join us for a Relativity Legal Education tradition, the Data Discovery Mid-Year Legal Update, as we analyze case law these issues, the latest on e-discovery, and other legal developments since the beginning of the year.

We’ll be welcoming leading legal commentators: the legendary retired judge, the Honorable Andrew Peck of DLA Piper; the attorney who obtained the first legal approval of technology-assisted review outside the United States, Karyn Harty, partner at Ireland’s McCann FitzGerald, and Kelly Twigger, principal of ESI Attorneys and CEO of eDiscovery Assistant, in a free CLE webinar moderated by Relativity discovery counsel and legal education director David Horrigan.
