What's the difference between a Red Corner Notice and a Red Notice?

In some countries, such as India, a red notice is often referred to as an RCN or Red Corner Notice. Some countries might call it an international arrest warrant. These are all the same thing a Red Notice is circulated by INTERPOL to help authorities locate a person who is wanted to face prosecution or to serve a sentence.
