2024 Urban Land Institute Place Summit/Bentonville, Arkansas: Request for Proposals

The Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) Northwest Arkansas is accepting proposals for The Place Summit (“Summit”).

The Summit is scheduled to the held in Bentonville, Arkansas on November 20-21.

The Summit’s theme is:

“Regional Connectivity: Distinct Communities, A Shared Future.”

The request for proposals states that the Summit will unite:

…professionals in real estate, development, and planning along with elected officials and other key stakeholders.

The request for proposals invites presentations exploring:

• Low Impact Development approaches.
• Green infrastructure.
• Proactive stormwater management.

The topics are suggested to fall into one of three categories:

• Transportation and mobility.
• Innovative infrastructure.
• Housing affordability and accessibility.
