The new Stark & Anti-Kickback Toolkit is now available from the American Bar Association Health Law Section. The Toolkit offers users a centralized location to electronically search administrative materials relating to the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS).
Polsinelli Shughart Shareholder Joan Killgore is a member of the Editorial Board that undertook the project to help fill a void in available research tools.
The Toolkit, available by subscription from the ABA Health Law Section, compiles and organizes all primary source material for the Stark Law and AKS, from inception to date. Drop down menus provide access to the text of each statute, the regulations promulgated by the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under each statute, a complete administrative history and links to each element in that history, including the complete text of each notice of proposed rulemaking notice, final rulemaking, and correction. The complete administrative history and other administrative materials, including bulletins, special fraud alerts, and other interpretive materials issued by HHS are also searchable.
