Less Than 1 Percent of Claims Rejected Due to Invalid ICD-10 Codes – On October 29, 2015, CMS released an update on the transition to ICD-10 codes, and announced that less than 1 percent of all claims processed between October 1 and October 27 were rejected due to invalid ICD-10 codes.  The CMS announcement is available here.
