The ANAC has changed opinion: the new Code of Public Contracts will cover only notices published with effect from 20 April 2016.

With a Press Release of 3 May 2016, the National Anti-Corruption Authority ( "ANAC") changes direction compared to the previous Press Release of April 22, 2016, enshrining the application of the new rules dictated by Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 "Implementation of Directives 2014/23 / EU, 2014/24 / EU and 2014/25 / EU on the award of concession contracts, the Government and the procurement procurement procedures of entities operating in the water, energy, transport and services postal, as well as to revise the current rules on public contracts for works, services and supplies ", published in the Official Gazette, General Series, no. 91 April 19, 2016, Suppl. No ordinary. 10, the new Public Contracts Code (The "Code"), only to notices published with effect from 20 April 2016.
