As noted in previous blog posts, Arkansas operates a petroleum storage tank trust fund that provides reimbursement for eligible storage tanks for certain corrective actions and third party damage claims due to a release of petroleum.
The Advisory Committee on Petroleum Storage Tanks meets monthly at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality to review reimbursement claims.
The meeting scheduled for September 26th has been cancelled due to a lack of agenda items. The next meeting will be October 31, 2018.
