As previously noted, the Arkansas Oil Marketers Association (“AOMA”) is once again hosting its Annual Environmental Workshop (“Workshop”).
The Workshop will be held on October 18th at the Holiday Inn Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas.
AOMA just announced that Jarrod Zwiefel of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) Office of Land Resources indicated that RST Inspectors from all 12 areas of Arkansas will be in attendance.
The key focus of the Workshop is the federal and Arkansas Underground Storage Tank Regulations. Also addressed will be the Arkansas Fire Code.
