The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) first widely promoted and published its Essential Workforce Guidance on March 19, 2020 in its Memorandum on Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers during COVID-19 Response (Version 1.0). On Saturday, March 28, 2020, CISA issued Version 2.0 of that Guidance in its Advisory Memorandum on Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers during COVID-19 Response (March 28, 2020) (Version 2.0), attached hereto.
