Effective March 13, 2020, the Southern District of Ohio Bankruptcy Court will be converting certain in-person hearings to telephonic appearances through April 13, 2020.

Specifically, any trial, hearing or conference that does NOT involve the presentation of evidence will be converted to a telephonic appearance. Evidentiary presentations will be further evaluated on a case-by-case basis and either converted to a telephonic appearance, if possible, or continued. Parties are encouraged to raise any issues with the court and are directed to the appropriate judge’s webpage for further information.

The court and clerk’s office will remain open and staff will be available by telephone. Click here to view the General Order.

The court also announced new emergency filing procedures and safety measures, available here.
