Today's decision (all 163 pages of it) is from the Second Circuit (Connecticut, New York, and Vermont).

This was in Zarda v. Altitude Express, the "gay skydiver case" I've written about before. I haven't had a chance to read today's decision yet, but I'm posting it now (HERE IT IS!), in case you want to read along with me.

Current scorecard:

Second and Seventh Circuits: Sexual orientation discrimination is prohibited by Title VII.

Eleventh Circuit: No, it isn't.

Next stop: Supreme Court?
