Title 21, Chapter 12 of the North Carolina Administrative Code, Section 12.0501, now requires the General Contractor’s License Number to be included “on all contracts, advertisements and licensee websites.” In order to comply with this new requirement, General Contractors are advised to put their GC License Number on:

  • Contracts

  • Subcontracts

  • Purchase Orders

  • Business Cards

  • Project Signs

  • Company Website

  • Letterhead and Stationery

  • All Advertisements
