Robinson, J. 29 motions regarding various data devices and computer-related technologies including: ATA device control; method for configuring an intelligent low power serial bus; memory architecture and devices, systems and methods;  circuits, systems and methods for improving page accesses and block transfers in a memory system; and  a single chip controller memory device are considered in addition to motions to preclude opinions and evidence.

Five patents remain asserted. Defendant’s motions for summary judgment of claim priority of the ‘270 patent and invalidity of the ‘788 patent are granted; Plaintiff’s partial summary judgment motion of statutory estoppel with respect to obviousness is granted. Eighteen additional dispositive motions are denied. Plaintiff’s motions for relief for noninfringement contentions not appearing in interrogatory responses is granted regarding the ‘431 and ‘819 patents.  Three motions to strike or exclude testimony and opinions are denied. Motion to stay proceedings regarding one patent is denied; remainder of the 29 motions considered are denied.
