On December 20, 2024, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced that the EDGAR system will be closed on both Tuesday, December 24, 2024, and Wednesday, December 25, 2024.[1] As a result, on those days, filings will not be accepted in EDGAR, EDGAR filing websites will not be operational, and EDGAR Filer Support will be closed. EDGAR will resume normal operations on Thursday, December 26, 2024. Any filings required to be made no later than December 24 or December 25, 2024, will be considered timely if filed on or before December 26, 2024.


[1] December 25 is a federal holiday and December 24 will be treated as a federal holiday for filing purposes. On December 19, 2024, President Joseph R. Biden issued an Executive Order on Providing for the Closing of Executive Departments and Agencies of the Federal Government on December 24, 2024.
