Too much information – inaccurately describing bonus as non-contractual was not a failure to provide TUPE employee liability information

The EAT in Born London Limited v Spire Production Services Ltd has decided that a transferor did not breach its obligation to provide employee liability information when it mistakenly described a Christmas bonus as non-contractual in the information it provided to an incoming service provider.

Waiting game – government consults on caste discrimination
