Setting a target – Parker Review Committee reports on ethnic diversity on UK boards
The Parker Review Committee has published its final report on the ethnic diversity of UK boards. The report confirms the recommendation made in the consultation paper that each FTSE 100 board should have at least one director of colour by 2021, with FTSE 250 boards meeting the target by 2024.
