• a Policy Statement (PS 17/23) relating to its consultation paper (CP 17/5): Reforming the availability of the information in the UK equity IPO process (March 2017) and corresponding new Conduct of Business Sourcebook provisions (COBS rules); and
• a Feedback Statement (FS17/3) relating to its discussion paper (DP 17/2): Review of the Effectiveness of Primary Markets: the UK Primary Markets Landscape (February 2017).
