What Caused the Data Breach Affecting Express Services?

It was also determined that the unauthorized party copied certain information from the emails and attachments in the affected accounts.
After learning that sensitive consumer data was accessible to an unauthorized party, Express Services reviewed the compromised files to determine what information was leaked and which consumers were impacted.
