On June 23, 2023, GeoSouthern Energy Corporation and GEP Haynesville II, LLC (collectively, “GeoSouthern”) filed a notice of data breach with the Maine Attorney General after learning that a recent cyberattack compromised confidential information belonging to current and former employees as well as their dependents.
