Accel-KKR has acquired ResiDex Software, according to a news release.
ResiDex, founded in 2000 and based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is an electronic health record software platform for assisted living and senior care providers.
Accel-KKR, based in Menlo Park, California, is a technology-focused investment firm. The firm pursues middle-market companies and provides a broad range of capital solutions, including buyout capital, minority-growth investments and credit alternatives.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
