Consello Capital has announced its acquisition of EHE Health.
EHE, founded in 1913 and based in New York, is a national network provider of preventive healthcare to employers.
Consello Capital is the private equity arm of Consello, which was founded in 2022 and is based in New York. Consello Capital largely pursues investments in middle market companies operating within the business services, consumer and retail sectors.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
