Actinium Healthcare Holdings has acquired Central Home Health Services of Texas (CHHS), according to a news release.

CHHS, based in Dallas, is an in-home healthcare agency licensed to operate in five counties in the Houston area, mostly working in the Texas Medicaid system.

Actinium is a startup PE firm based in Dallas. As Home Health Care News reports, the firm also recently acquired Houston-based provider Action Home Health, which Actinium plans to merge with CHHS.

Financial terms of Actinium’s acquisition of CHHS were not disclosed.
