A good way to start is with a sort of “audit” or review of what legal documents you currently have in place (if any) and what they do (or don’t) cover or say on given subjects. This can usually be handled in a series of steps, beginning with a first step that discusses your business and its relationships; its history, current operations, and future objectives and goals; and its strategic needs and concerns. A second step would be a review of precisely what you already have in place.
