FCA findings of review into the banking sector’s implementation of SMCR -

On 5 August, the FCA published the findings of its review into how the SMCR has embedded in the banking sector in the 3 years since it was introduced. Generally, the FCA found that the banking sector has made a concerted effort to implement the regime.
