The Department of Labor's Veterans' Employment and Training Services (VETS) has announced that due to technical problems implementing the electronic submission of VETS 100/VETS 100A forms, federal contractors required to file such forms have until December 30, 2011, to do so.

Applicable federal contractors must submit annual reports known as the VETS 100 or VETS 100A by September 30 each year. In August 2011, the VETS Agency extended the deadline to November 30, 2011, because of technical difficulties. These technical difficulties still plague the online filing process. As a result, the deadline has been extended a second time to December 30, 2011.
