On January 20, 2023, Livingston Memorial VNA Health Corporation and its affiliates, Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association and Livingston Caregivers (together, “Livingston Memorial”), filed notice of a data breach with the Montana Attorney General after the company experienced what appears to have been a ransomware attack.
