Shearman & Sterling LLPMark Carney, the outgoing Governor of the Bank of England, has been appointed as Finance Adviser for COP26. The role will be to assist the U.K. Government to build a sustainable financial system that supports the transition to a net zero economy. Andrew Bailey will replace Mr. Carney as the Governor of the Bank of England from March 16, 2020.
