On August 21, 2023, McAlester Regional Health Center (“McAlester Regional”) filed a notice of data breach with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (“HHS-OCR”) after discovering that an unauthorized party was able to access the company’s IT network.
