On June 25, 2024, MD Now Urgent Care Centers (“MD Now”) filed a notice of data breach with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. On June 25, 2024, MD Now Urgent Care Centers filed its notice with the HHS-OCR.
